A New Online & Digital Banking Experience

 At New Peoples Bank, our dedication to providing you with innovative products and services that enhance your financial management and keep you at the forefront of the digital landscape remains unwavering. With this in mind, we are pleased to announce a major upgrade to our Online and Digital Banking platforms, which will include state-of-the-art tools, improved security measures, and an even more intuitive user interface.

To view all changes coming your way, click on each service below.

Beginning October 9th (after business hours) – October 13th, Online and Mobile Banking will operate in View Only mode.

What is View Only mode? – You can view your account balances as of October 9th, but you will not be able to perform any transactions or make changes to your accounts.

Changes coming -

  • Introducing a new Online Banking interface designed to make it easier for you to navigate and access your account information.
  • NEW! - eStatements will now be stored here for a more secure way to view your monthly statements.
  • You’ll initially have access to 90 days of historical images and statements. Over time, the system will build up to include up to 2 years of data, giving you a complete view of your transaction history.
First time logging in -
Use the last 4 digits of your Social Security number as your temporary password.
You’ll then be prompted to create a new password to use from now on.
 
Reminder: You’ll continue using the same username you used on our previous Online and Mobile Banking platform.
To make your transition smooth on October 14, we recommend locating your current username ahead of time so you're ready to log in when the upgrade goes live.
 
 
Changes coming - 
  • NEW Mobile Banking App!
    • On Tuesday, October 14th, you may download the new New Peoples Bank app and log in!
    • Search for New Peoples Bank in your app store. 
*Please note, to continue using Mobile Banking, you must download our new mobile app - New Peoples Bank
 
Current Bill Pay customers - your saved account details will automatically transfer to the new system - no action needed.

However, if you have multiple saved accounts, please double-check that the correct one is set as your default. This helps ensure your transactions and notifications go to the right account for a smooth and accurate banking experience.
Starting Tuesday, October 14, your eStatements will be available exclusively through our Online and Mobile Banking platforms.
 
You will no longer receive eStatements by email.
Instead, we’ll send you an email notification letting you know when your statement is ready to view securely within Online Banking.
 

Want to receive eStatements?
Just log in to Online or Mobile Banking and follow the steps to enroll.

If you're not yet signed up for Online Banking, you'll need to complete enrollment first to start receiving eStatements.

This streamlined process offers secure, convenient access to your account statements—anytime, anywhere.

We’re making a change to how your statements are generated. Going forward, all statements will be issued at the end of each month. 

Previously, statement dates may have varied, but this new schedule will make things more consistent and easier to manage. While it may take a little getting used to, this update is designed to give you a more predictable and streamlined experience.

Stay Informed with Account Alerts

To continue receiving Account Alerts, customers will need to log into Online Banking to enroll.
Once enrolled, you can choose how to receive notifications—via text, push, or email—and manage your preferences easily.

If you currently receive account alerts, please note that re-enrollment is required to ensure your alerts continue without interruption. This step helps register your information in our new system and keeps your notifications accurate and secure.

Beginning October 9th, you’ll use the link below to make your credit card payments.
To save time later, we recommend visiting the link now to set up your login credentials so you're ready to go when the update takes effect.
