Our Story

At New Peoples Bank, our heart is in the communities we serve. From small towns to growing cities, nestled in the mountains rich in culture, everything we do starts with serving the people and businesses that call our region home. New Peoples started 25 years ago with a group of local bankers who wanted to make a difference in our community. Over the past quarter-century we have expanded to many locations across Southwest Virginia, East Tennessee, Southern West Virginia, and the High Country of North Carolina, but we will always remain committed to being a trusted local bank honoring our roots and remaining committed to our core values.
