With this commitment in mind, we are thrilled to announce a significant update to our Business Online and Digital Banking platform, featuring advanced tools, enhanced security, and an even more user-friendly interface.
What to Expect:
To implement these improvements, we will need to temporarily take our business digital services offline.
- Service Interruption Period: Business Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable beginning after business hours, October 9th through October 13th, and will be available again on Tuesday, October 14th.
Temporary Unavailability of Certain Services:
Please be aware that with this downtime, several key business banking functions will also be temporarily unavailable via Online Banking from October 9 (after business hours) to October 13:
- Access to ACH services
- Remote Deposit Capture
- Positive Pay for fraud protection and check verification
- Wire Transfer Initiation and Approval
What You Need to Do:
To prepare for the upcoming changes, we recommend the following steps:
- Review and Plan Ahead: Assess your scheduled payments, deposits, and transactions for the outage period and make arrangements in advance where feasible. (ACH & Wire Transfers)
- Inform Your Team: Make sure all relevant staff are aware of the scheduled downtime and alternative procedures for urgent transactions.

We understand that these services are essential for your day-to-day operations, and we are committed to supporting you throughout this upgrade. Should you need to complete urgent transactions or require assistance with any of the services listed above, we are here to help.
- Call-In Support: Our dedicated business banking support team will be available by phone throughout the outage period. Call us at 276-873-7000. For Positive Pay submissions, our staff will monitor and contact you for approval to process.
- In-Branch Assistance: You are always welcome to visit your local branch for any banking needs during the platform outage. Our staff are fully equipped to assist with transactions, approvals, and any questions you may have.
