- Payments that are less than the amount due will be treated as partial payments and may be subject to late fees according to your loan agreement.
- If you make a payment before it is due, the payment will be applied first to any accrued interest, with the remaining amount applied to principal. Your next scheduled payment will still be due on its regular due date.
- Any amount paid above the current payment due will be applied to principal.
- Final loan payments cannot be processed through this portal. Please contact a Relationship Banker at 276-873-7000 or visit your local branch for payoff instructions.
- Payments made using an unauthorized account will be reversed, and the loan account owner(s) will remain responsible for payment.
